THE DINING ROOM: CHEF’S TABLE EXPERIENCE
The Shell House Dining Room’s ‘Chef’s Table Experience’ is the ultimate way to celebrate for one special party of two guests per night. Seated at the kitchen pass – the centre of gravity of the Dining Room – guests will be immersed in the action of the open kitchen as they are guided through a personalised and unique culinary experience.
The winter Chef’s Table menu features dishes specifically curated by Culinary Director Joel Bickford and Head Chef Brad Guest to showcase a range of exceptional local produce in stunning seasonal preparations.
Tying the experience together seamlessly, Food & Beverage Director Alex Kirkwood has worked closely with Head Sommelier Eduardo Fritis-Lamora to deliver a paired beverage selection that elevates each course.

This exclusive offer is only available for one party of two guests, per evening, throughout May. Bookings start at 6pm. Due to the bespoke nature of this menu, dietary adjustments may not be possible. Bookings accepted 3 days in advance.
MENZIES BAR: THE HITS
Menzies Bar and Bistro is offering an exclusive month of $25 classic handmade pasta dishes and $10 wine in celebration of American Express delicious. Month Out. Each week will feature a different pasta available daily until sold out. The delicious selections for May include: Spaghetti Polpette (5th-11th May), Braised Pork Maccheroni (12th-18th May), Orecchiette Con Salsiccia (19th-25th May) and Linguine Carbonara (26th May-1st June).
This exclusive offer is available every day throughout May, at both lunch and dinner service, until sold out.
SKY BAR: $2 OYSTERS
To celebrate American Express delicious. Month Out, Sky Bar will be dishing out $2 freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters every day throughout May. Secure your seat in the sky and order a dozen or half dozen to enjoy alongside your favourite Sky Bar cocktail or a glass of champagne.
This exclusive offer is available every Wednesday throughout May from 4pm to 6pm.
