CHAMPAGNE WEEK 2025
This year, we’re turning Champagne Day into Champagne Week: a seven-day celebration of oysters, seafood, caviar, and the world’s finest champagne, unfolding across all three levels of Shell House.
Beginning on Champagne Day, Friday 24 October, and continuing through the week, each of our spaces offers its own way to indulge, from the buzzing bistro, to our sun-drenched terraces, to rooftop sunsets soundtracked by Sydney’s best selectors.

On our bustling corner of Margaret Street, the classics shine: six oysters served with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label for $150, or Crab & Caviar paired with a bottle of Ruinart for $175.
